Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. is excited to invite applications for the Technical Support Analyst role based in Carlsbad, New Mexico. In this position, you'll be taking the helm of troubleshooting software and hardware problems while assisting our valued customers with application installations. You'll dive into resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, and providing immediate support through remote desktop connections. This role is all about collaboration; you’ll work closely with a team to manage multifunction devices, navigate Active Directory, and oversee our VMware VDI environment, ensuring smooth operations. You'll be engaged in both remote and desk-side support, logging and troubleshooting issues over the phone or face-to-face. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount, and you enjoy adapting to evolving challenges, this may just be your perfect opportunity. A key requirement is U.S. citizenship for obtaining a Department of Energy clearance, and you should possess strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
