Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in keeping projects on track, organizing client deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You will be responsible for setting up systems, managing workflows, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Setup:
    • Create new Asana projects for new clients, including task structures and timelines.
    • Build Milanote boards to align with creative direction and strategic planning.
  • Reports & Documentation:
    • Prepare and design monthly PDF reports using Canva.
    • Create setup call presentations and visual briefs.
    • Organize and distribute research reports in PDF format.
    • Input ad performance data into Notion tracking sheets.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Monitor and update project progress daily in Asana.
    • Share daily updates on team progress, flagging tasks that are falling behind or need urgent attention.
    • Ensure deadlines are met and project milestones are achieved.
    • Prepares weekly internal status updates for stakeholders or the Success Manager.
    • Prepare meeting agendas
    • Follow up with team members on overdue tasks or missing inputs (creative drafts, performance data, etc).
    • Organize and track client feedback so the team knows what needs to be revised or discussed.
    • Monitor current project loads and flag when bandwidth issues arise or when priorities shift.
    • Keep track of client check-ins, next steps, and ongoing requests
  • Client Feedback & Insights:
    • Design and send customer surveys for feedback and insights.
    • Compile and analyze responses to support brand strategy improvements.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a digital or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Canva, Milanote, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with creative teams or marketing agencies.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis or ad performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with branding and customer research processes.

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
