Weekend Shift Caregiver/ PCA

Eminence Home Care is currently seeking dedicated Female Caregivers/PCA to provide compassionate and personalized care to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. As a Female Caregiver/PCA, you will build meaningful relationships with clients, offering not only physical support but also companionship and emotional encouragement. Your responsibilities will include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and engaging clients in social activities. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in social interactions.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes to supervisors.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
  • Encourage clients' independence while providing the necessary support.

  • Prior experience in caregiving or a healthcare role is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts that may include weekends and evenings.
