About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to lead our technology operations and security strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure while ensuring the highest levels of system security and compliance. You will drive initiatives that enhance scalability, performance, and resilience, supporting the organization's long-term growth.

Infrastructure Management

  • Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure (primarily GCP and AWS)

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.

  • Implement proactive monitoring and maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance performance.

  • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.

Security Leadership

  • Develop, enforce, and continuously improve information security policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and compliance audits to align with industry regulations.

  • Implement and maintain security controls across all systems and networks.

  • Oversee incident response, security investigations, and mitigation strategies.

  • Stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats and implement proactive countermeasures.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT infrastructure and security professionals.

  • Establish training programs to enhance team capabilities and keep pace with technological advancements.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and security protocols.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 8+ years of IT infrastructure management experience

  • 5+ years of information security experience

  • Team management experience

  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud services, and security frameworks

  • Experience with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

  • Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools

  • Experience with DevSecOps practices

  • ITIL certification

  • Strong project management background

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent

Technical Skills

  • Network infrastructure and security

  • Cloud architecture and management

  • Identity and access management

  • Security information and event management (SIEM)

  • Vulnerability management and penetration testing

  • Disaster recovery and business continuity

Other Benefits

Work From Home Additional Perks:

Physical Demands 

Work is performed 100% from home with requirement to travel once or twice a year for in-person meetings. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
