Description

Are you a Quality Assurance Analyst looking to join an amazing team? Our Loyalty Development Team is looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a willingness to learn, and is an expert problem solver.  


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment designing, modifying, and executing testing solutions for comprehensive coverage.
  • Identifies and documents defects; proactively isolates and resolves software related issues.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and management in defining test requirements and developing QA strategy.
  • Builds and maintains a strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
  • Customarily and regularly recommends improvements in testing methodologies, strategies, and processes.
  • Routinely audits test cycles and provides technical expertise regarding testing and feature functionality.
  • Responsible for overall test strategy for one or more projects.



Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 + years experience in a quality assurance role, industry experience preferred. 
  • Experience working with developers in an embedded testing environment.
  • Experience in a build and release environment. 
  • Experience developing test cases based on requirements and specifications. 
  • Ability to identify roadblocks and risks and develop solutions. 
  • Ability to communicate accurate and timely status reports and test results. 
  • Proven ability to independently validate product quality.
  • Casino gaming industry knowledge preferred.

 The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 - $84,200 annually.
