Job Description

The Client Executive will have the responsibility in a named account environment generating revenue growth and managing Credit Union client relationships. You will develop and maintain close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.

  • Communication is the key to our success. You will grasp concepts quickly and share your knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's business
  • You will collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunities
  • You understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
  • You will develop forecasts, advance pipeline, and ensure delivery of solutions
  • You will identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships
  • You will challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with your teammates and customers to develop your skills as an Experian leader
  • You will report to the Senior Director, Credit Unions Northeast
  • This is a remote position but you should live in the East Coast

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 + years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud and software solutions within financial services
  • Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry
  • Understanding of customer priorities and the initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Ability to travel
