About the Role

FIS is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Belgrade. This is a fixed-term role to cover a maternity leave.

The Recruiter will be responsible for designing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates and ensure vacancies are filled with talented individuals.

What you will be doing

  • Managing a full recruiting cycle across the FIS business in Belgrade office

  • Serve as a recruiting partner to Hiring Managers and lead searches for multiple positions

  • Sourcing and pipelining high caliber candidates using all available platforms

  • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting interviews, make hiring recommendations and manage the offer process

  • Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Applicant Tracking System

  • Participate in local professional and college networking events

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, social studies or similar

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, specializing in technical roles

  • Experience in sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment through database search, LinkedIn and online networking

  • A sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Strong project and process management skills

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
