We’re filling this role for a client, a first-to-market continuous hormone monitoring platform.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to join us at a pivotal moment of our journey as we are about to launch. As our Head of Growth & Marketing reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead strategy and execution across customer acquisition, retention, and brand building. You’ll balance paid and organic channels, scaling a category-defining DTC health brand from launch to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and brand development.

  • Strategically balance paid and organic marketing channels to sustainably scale revenue.

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to drive category creation, consumer education, and trust.

  • Recruit, build, and manage a small team of A players using AI as leverage for their work.

Requirements

  • Proven success independently driving DTC revenue from launch to $20M+, owning strategy, execution, and optimization across growth channels.

  • Demonstrated experience scaling a DTC consumer health startup in the U.S. through critical growth inflection points.

  • Extensive experience launching and scaling category-defining products involving significant market creation and consumer education.

  • Deep expertise in hybrid physical-digital and subscription-based business models.

  • Solid understanding of consumer health markets and relevant regulatory constraints, specifically wellness-focused health monitoring for both women and men.
