Role Overview

The Growth Strategy Manager is responsible for driving growth strategy, execution, and performance for Invygo’s short-term subscription products. This person will sit within the our product-line squads, being accountable for all growth-related metrics and ensuring seamless collaboration between the Squad (Revenue, Supply & Partnerships, and Product) and Growth Chapter: Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, Organic Growth teams.

This role requires a data-driven, execution-focused leader with strong critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills. The candidate must be comfortable setting and hitting aggressive growth targets, proactively solving challenges, and pushing teams to deliver on key growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own the growth strategy for one or more of our product lines - Driving subscription growth —identifying key levers for acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Define and execute experiments, optimisations, and new initiatives to maximise performance and drive sustainable growth.
  • Ensure alignment between Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, Supply & Partnerships, and Product teams to support squad-level KPIs.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze, track, and report on growth metrics, continuously identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, balancing data-driven decision-making with speed of execution.
  • Hold teams accountable for delivering growth-related initiatives and escalating blockers when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate and influence multiple teams (Marketing, CRM, Product, etc.) to ensure growth initiatives are properly executed.
  • Work with Performance Marketing to optimize customer acquisition efforts and maximize conversion rates.
  • Partner with CRM & Retention to improve lifecycle marketing, churn reduction, and upsell strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product to enhance user experience, reduce friction, and improve activation and retention.

Ownership & Accountability

  • Take full ownership of growth targets, continuously tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Drive urgency—ensuring all necessary resources are secured to meet squad KPIs.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on progress, challenges, and next steps.

Key Qualifications & Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Revenue Management or Business Intelligence. 
  • Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and optimize targets accordingly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Design teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritise and execute quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management—capable of influencing teams and managing expectations at all levels.

Preferred (Bonus) Experience:

  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, activation, or retention in a B2C or subscription-based business.
  • 2+ years in a revenue / general manager / entrepreneurial role.
  • Experience in the mobility, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or other data visualization tools.

Background in growth hacking, CRO (conversion rate optimization), or lifecycle marketing.
