What You’ll Do

  • Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and job urgency
  • Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance services to ensure timely completion
  • Receive and process service requests from customers and coworkers, entering information into the system
  • Assist with paperwork, preparing reports, and tracking company lead sources
  • Support the Service Manager with ordering parts, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors as needed
