Description du poste

Nous recherchons actuellement 2 PMO (un sur Orléans et un autre sur le Mans) pour l'un de nos grands compte.
Vous travaillerez sur des projets innovants pour nos clients majeurs du secteur de l'assurance.

Missions principales :

  • Accompagnement des directions métiers en cas d'incidents significatifs sur le SI
  • Etablir et présenter les bilans statistiques et REX sur les incidents passés,
  • Analyser les incidents de la production et réaliser un suivi des problèmes ou des axes d'amélioration
  • Acteur du CQP (comité Qualité Production) instance de suivi de la fourniture de services d’exploitation
  • Suivre l'atteinte opérationnelle des indicateurs qualité de la production, relancer les équipes et les accompagner au quotidien
  • Suivre les plans d'actions pour améliorer la qualité de service offerte aux directions métiers
  • Bonne connaissance des métiers d'une production informatique- Interlocuteurs privilégié des référents métiers, et des correspondants métiers à la DTS

 

Un plus serait la connaissance fonctionnelle d’un système d’information et des métiers de l’assurance

 

 

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure en gestion de projet, informatique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que PMO dans un environnement tech.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de reporting.
  • Rigueur, organisation et excellentes capacités de communication.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités.

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, macros).
  • Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques : Excel / power point word connaissance SQL. ITIL foundation impératif /SERVICENOW »
