As a PMO at Inetum, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the business lines in dealing with significant incidents within the Information Systems. You will establish and present statistical analyses and lessons learned from past incidents, actively analyze production issues, and track problem resolutions. Additionally, you will be involved in the Quality Production Committee to monitor service delivery metrics and ensure that operational quality indicators are met.

To qualify for the PMO position at Inetum, you should have a higher education degree in project management, IT, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience as a PMO in a technical environment.
