As a member of the City Relations team, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics and managing key relationships In Cannes.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless internal and external communication and actively supporting various teams in the delivery of different Festival initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer and delegate experience during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Key accountabilities
Festival Initiative Support: You will collaborate with the Head of City Partnerships and the team to support delivery of festival initiatives - coordinating internal and external stakeholders’ communication to ensure all initiative-related information, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
Relationship Coordination: You will be responsible for the Supplier Lifecycle execution, managing deliverable timelines and supporting internal and external communications.
Suppliers Database: You will assist in ongoing research and onboarding of new suppliers and venues, updating our database and recommendation lists.
Admin Tasks: You will manage administrative tasks such as data logging, monitoring information tracking, updating and organizing event-related materials - ensuring all information is accurate, current and as detailed as possible.
Team Support - planning & onsite: You will assist with monitoring client activities across the City, finding solutions to last-minute requests and providing general support to the Head of City Event Partnerships and the team as needed.
Problem Solving: You will address any operational challenges that arise before, during, and after the event, ensuring quick resolution or escalation where needed.

You are fluent in both French and English.
You are based in the South of France, between Cannes and Nice.
You have strong knowledge of the local market and experience in event services.
You have a proven track record of exceptional customer service.
You are a skilled planner who sticks to deadlines and solutions orientated.
You are creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office).
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are great at multitasking.
You work well with different teams and can manage complex tasks collaboratively.
