Job Description

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage startups for the Investor and Startup Program at Tahaluf across Portfolio 1 (Technology).
  • Understand startup needs by collecting data and managing relationships to enhance and tailor our program offerings effectively.
  • Support in managing startup pitch competitions, ensuring a fair process and encouraging innovative reformatting as needed.
  • Facilitate matchmaking meetings, mentorship sessions and develop networking opportunities to enhance relationship building among the startup ecosystem at Tahaluf events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and industry experts.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote program events and successes.
  • Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure the program aligns with evolving industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Technology Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in startup ecosystem development, venture capital, or technology incubation programs
  • Proven track record of working with startups and investors in the technology sector

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, venture capital, and technology industry trends
  • Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and relationship management
  • Experience in organizing and managing pitch competitions and networking events
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with mentorship programs and matchmaking processes

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and event promotion techniques

  • Paid flight home for individual and end of service gratuity payment when leaving the company (if applicable)
