Industry fornisce una vasta gamma di servizi tecnici in ambito Oil & Gas a livello globale: esplorazione, produzione, ingegneria, raffinazione, testing, controllo, qualità, ricerca ed attività connesse al settore idrocarburi. Cosa ti aspetta:

La risorsa verrà inserita in uno dei team esistenti e sarà il punto di riferimento dei nostri Clienti per la gestione e la delivery del servizio ispettivo, interfacciandosi con Vendor, Ispettori ed uffici Intercompany presenti a livello internazionale.

Attività:

  • riceve l’ordine da parte del Cliente, garantendo l’aggiornamento e la spedizione di tutta la documentazione tecnica necessaria dal fornitore, al Cliente, all’ispettore
  • schedula e pianifica le attività dei tecnici sul territorio, ricercando e selezionando gli ispettori maggiormente qualificati per specifici assignments in base alla località, esperienza e disponibilità, informandoli del corretto uso dei Form Clienti
  • mantiene i rapporti con i fornitori, agisce proattivamente nei confronti di nuove richieste del Cliente
  • effettua la review degli Inspection Reports e dei Timesheet emessi dagli ispettori
  • svolge follow up costanti con Clienti e Fornitori durante tutto il processo, monitorando la qualità del servizio erogato, tenendoli costantemente aggiornati e comunicando le procedure e policy Intertek
  • svolge attività di reportistica ad uso interno ed esterno • aggiorna il CRM aziendale durante tutto il processo

Cosa ricerchiamo:

  • Laurea o Titolo di Studio equivalente
  • >2 anni di esperienza in qualità di: Procurement Specialist, Technical Service Coordinator, Ufficio Commerciale Estero, Customer Service B2B, Account Manager, Operativo Logistica
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e francese, indispensabile per gestire i rapporti con l’estero
  • buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed utilizzo del Pc
  • resistenza allo stress, problem solving, multitasking, orientamento al cliente, dinamismo e capacità di lavorare in team
  • la provenienza dal settore Oil&Gas e dal mercato testing-inspection-certification costituirà requisito preferenziale
