Job Description

Our client is looking for a remote manufacturing recruiter.  We are looking for a recruiter, who lives in CST time zone and has experience recruiting for production roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing and production roles
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
  • Conduct initial phone screenings 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  •  

Note: This position is remote and requires residence in the CST time zone. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing production roles is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or production environments
  • Must live in CST time zone
  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Proven track record of recruiting for manufacturing production roles
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
