For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Fluent in German), remotely from EMEA.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through outbound sales activities. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects via calls and emails, qualify leads, and communicate the company’s value proposition to decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth, track and manage leads using Salesforce, and contribute to the improvement of sales strategies. This role offers a great opportunity for self-starters looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct consistent outreach to potential prospects via phone and email, introducing the company’s value proposition.
  • Qualify leads for sales opportunities and deliver against a quota for qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to close deals and drive pipeline growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and forecasting sales.
  • Continuously optimize and improve sales development strategies based on feedback and results.

  • 1+ years of work experience, with prior experience as an SDR preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate grit, and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
  • Confidence in building client relationships and overcoming objections over the phone.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not essential.
