Essential Functions & Duties of the Job

  • Lead Generation: Proactively interact with and educate potential customers on our products, setting quality appointments across all Lifetime operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Start and maintain meaningful conversations with strangers, effectively using your enthusiasm and confidence to generate interest and leads.
  • Team Collaboration and Development: Participate in weekly training, role-playing, and team meetings, assisting in the training of current and new team members.
  • Personal Initiative: Take the initiative to generate your own leads and report to the manager on tracking personal performance.
