About the Role:  

In this position you will: 

  • Answer and operate a multi-line phone system

  • Monitor, communicate, and resolve scheduling adjustments for appointments between customers and sales representatives

  • Maintain and update the company database and calendars 

  • Regulate and monitor appointment volumes and availability for other departments

Key Qualifications:   

  • Previous call center or dispatch experience preferred

  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal communications skills 

  • High organization and multitasking abilities
