Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead to manage our current and future in-flight projects within the Federal Government & Defence sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the consistent and high-quality delivery of our engagements. As a Delivery Lead, you will act as a key interface between our clients and our internal teams, overseeing project planning, execution, and reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining project consistency, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving successful project outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be orchestrating complex projects, ensuring they hit their mark with client-driven outcomes. You'll be the conductor, harmonising diverse teams and resources, ensuring every project delivers on its promise. You'll be the trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,  navigating challenges with agility and innovation. You'll champion quality, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement. Most of all, you'll be a visionary and storyteller contributing to the development of strategic roadmaps and shaping the future of our Federal Government and Defence portfolio.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful projects within the Defence sector.

  • Possesses exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, turning complexity into clarity.
  • Has a recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or a strong drive to achieve one.

  • Possess a deep understanding of Federal Government & Defence procurement processes and regulations.
  • Has experience in a consulting environment, navigating complex client relationships with finesse.
