Job Description

We are an experienced IT Program Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments with track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide digital, cloud, or infrastructure programs. We're driving innovation across government sector and looking for a high-calibre Program Manager to take the lead on delivering large-scale technology programs that are critical to our business and customer success.

 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of high-impact IT programs that span infrastructure, application modernisation, cloud migration, or broader digital transformation initiatives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple project streams simultaneously, ensuring that delivery stays aligned with business objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints.

 

You’ll lead cross-functional teams comprising internal delivery squads, external vendors, and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration across all levels. A key part of your role will be proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and issues early on, and ensuring that strong mitigation strategies are in place to keep programs on track.

 

You’ll also drive the program governance framework, deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders, and ensure clarity, alignment, and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle. Using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, you’ll adapt your approach to suit the business context, always ensuring focus on outcomes.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven IT project/program management experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven experience delivering programs across cloud, infrastructure, ERP, or digital portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills—up to C-suite level
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow
  • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly regarded
