The Opportunity
The Office Services Manager ensures the Netwealth Head Office operates seamlessly, managing reception through to security, and leading the team to create an exceptional environment for staff and visitors.
You will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Reception Management: Ensuring an exceptional and welcoming reception area, while leading the team to provide outstanding service.
Supplier Management: Managing supplier relationships and evaluating new partners to ensure we receive the highest quality services and value.
Event Coordination: Planning and executing office events and activities that bring our team together.
Office and Facilities Maintenance: Keeping our office environment safe, functional, and enjoyable.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the Office Services team, supporting their professional growth and goal achievement.
About you
You are passionate about creating an efficient and welcoming office space. You thrive in dynamic environments, excel in managing office operations and lead a team with confidence and empathy. You will bring to the role:
· Proven experience in office management or a related field.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience leading and mentoring a team to achieve their best.
· Proficiency in office management software and tools.
