Description du poste

Nexity recherche dans le cadre d'une alternance un chargé SAL junior H/F pour rejoindre ses équipes de Tours.

Le chargé SAL aura pour mission d’organiser les livraisons de nos clients (remise de clés, cadeaux clients, aménagement du logement d’accueil, etc...). Il devra également effectuer le suivi de la levée de réserves (livraison et L+1) avec les conducteurs travaux et entreprises ; tout en mettant la relation clients au coeur de ses priorités.

Gestion Administrative :

  • Suivi des demandes clients sur l’outil CRM +réponses
  • Mise à jour du logiciel de suivi Kaliti
  • Alertes et relances auprès du Service
  • Relation Clients/Travaux/Programme

Communication :

  • Être en contact direct avec les clients, aussi bien par téléphone, mail, et rendez-vous physique.
  • Rédaction des courriers, rapports, notes de service et autres documents.
  • Faire le lien entre le service Relation Clients et le SAV 

Gestion de Projets :

  • Préparer l’événement Livraison (traiteur, ameublement et décoration du logement d’accueil, cadeaux clients)
  • Accompagnement des conducteurs travaux dans le suivi de levées de réserves.
  • Organisation des “pointages internes” entre la pré-livraison et livraison (vérification des logements sur site, des choix structurels et décoratifs des clients)

Coordination :

  • Planifier et organiser les événements internes et externes
  • Préparer les réunions clients en amont de la livraison en lien avec le syndic
