Job Description

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our agency partnerships, working hand-in-hand with the Sales Executive to smash revenue targets for your assigned media agency portfolio. You'll be the go-to contact for media planners and buyers, building strong relationships while delivering top-notch service. If you love a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients and making an impact, this is the role for you!

Day to day duties:

  • Providing professional support and co-ordination as well as performing administrative project work using software tools Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns.
  • Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns - confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email.
  • Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns.
  • Data entry & use of specialist software.
  • Maintenance of effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.
     

Qualifications

Enough about us, let's talk about you:

  • A university degree with a background in media, marketing or business is preferred.
  • Experience in media & marketing roles (not essential).
  • Demonstrated experience within sales, within a client marketing department or within a media agency (not essential).
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
