About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Omni Interlocken Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed budgeted room night, rate, and rev goals.Main Responsibilities:• Achieve lead goals and book small groups• Merchandise function space and maximize room rental rates• Continuously refine product/concept offerings and maintain aggressive weekly phone/site solicitation• Promote a high-quality company image and ensure repeat bookingsThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
