Description
This person will be the first point of contact for all HOA boards. Work closely with the board of directors, providing information and advice to assist in decision-making. Oversee the overall operations and administration of the associations in accordance with the HOA policies and governing documents. Manage the association's day-to-day operations.
Be involved in the preparation of financial statements and budgets with the HOA & Rental Operations Director.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of common areas.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors.
Gather bids for upcoming community projects.
Perform regular community visits/inspections.
Process workorders as necessary.
Communicate with residents, addressing their questions, concerns, and any complaints.
Assist with meeting agendas and meeting documents.
This position will report directly to the HOA & Rental Operations Director.
