As a crucial part of our team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations concerning the care delivered by our dedicated caregivers and aides in clients' homes. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure we meet their needs effectively. You'll be the friendly face representing our department and company, always prioritizing professional and courteous interactions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling visits between our field staff and clients, supervising and motivating our caregiving team, and assisting with documentation and reporting duties to keep our operations running smoothly. We value proactive problem solvers, so you'll be responding to any client or employee issues as they arise while also participating in ongoing educational and quality improvement activities.
