À PROPOS DU RÔLE :

Plusgrade est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de produit passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance (Unité d’affaires des services annexes en hôtellerie) et créer des produits exceptionnels qui concrétiseront notre vision de transformation des produits et de l’industrie du voyage.


Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie et de la vision des produits des services annexes en hôtellerie en prenant en charge la conception, la définition et la livraison de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations. Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler sur tout, des capacités marketing aux interfaces numériques, en passant par les améliorations de processus et les automatisations. Vous collaborerez également avec les autres départements de l’organisation pour intégrer des capacités partagées autour des optimisations (tests A/B, retours utilisateurs), de l’intelligence AI/ML et des paiements.


Ce rôle est fait pour vous si vous excellez dans l’utilisation de l’intelligence des données pour créer des expériences personnalisées et adaptées, afin d’aider les invités à construire le voyage de leurs rêves.


CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

• Travailler avec les autres membres clés de l’équipe dirigeante pour transformer la vision et la mission de l’entreprise en réalité grâce à la recherche, la création d’idées, la mise en œuvre, le lancement et l’itération de nouveaux produits ou produits existants.

• Itérer constamment, résoudre des problèmes et améliorer l’expérience des invités.

• Recueillir et analyser les retours des clients et des autres parties prenantes pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des produits.

• Intégrer les études d’utilisabilité, la recherche et l’analyse du marché dans les exigences produit pour améliorer la satisfaction client.

• Créer une culture d’enthousiastes du produit et fournir vision et direction à une équipe agile.

• Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie et de conception pour planifier et exécuter les projets de développement et veiller à ce que les produits soient livrés à temps et dans le respect du budget.

• Imaginer et travailler avec l’équipe UX pour concevoir de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités.

• Analyser les données et comprendre les comportements des utilisateurs ainsi que les besoins du marché en utilisant les données et l’analyse (informer et prendre des décisions clés grâce aux insights et recherches basées sur les données).

• Travailler en partenariat avec d’autres gestionnaires de produit, les équipes marketing, d’ingénierie et commerciales pour comprendre leurs questions et défis afin d’élargir notre portefeuille de produits.

• Fournir des orientations aux équipes d’ingénierie en fournissant des exigences produit, ainsi qu’en clarifiant les objectifs des clients et les priorités commerciales pour garantir qu’elles se concentrent sur nos projets à fort impact.

• Soutenir le déploiement de projets d’analytique et de fonctionnalités produits basées sur les données.

• Travailler avec les équipes d’ingénierie et informatiques pour aligner l’architecture des données, les outils et les technologies.


VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE QUI :

• A 3 à 4 ans de succès avéré dans un rôle de gestion de produit, en prenant en charge la livraison complète des fonctionnalités et des améliorations dans des domaines comme l’e-commerce, le voyage et/ou la fidélisation client.

• A de l’expérience dans l’utilisation de modèles de données avancés, de l’apprentissage automatique (machine learning) et/ou de l’intelligence artificielle pour offrir des expériences personnalisées et sur mesure aux clients (un atout).

• A une expérience en gestion de produits liés à la fidélisation et/ou au CRM (un atout).

• Est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie industriel, en commerce, en informatique, en technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.

• Est passionné(e) par l’innovation et l’offre d’expériences centrées sur le client, avec une attention particulière aux détails dans le contenu, l’utilisabilité et la conception.

• A une expérience dans la création et le lancement de fonctionnalités innovantes destinées aux clients, favorisant la croissance, réduisant les points de friction des clients et améliorant la fidélisation, avec une expérience profonde dans les produits centrés sur l’expérience utilisateur (UX) et les tests A/B des utilisateurs.

• Possède des compétences créatives solides, dépassant les améliorations itératives ou évidentes, et aime tester des fonctionnalités produit expérimentales.

• Est passionné(e) par la technologie, les personnes et la capacité de Plusgrade à offrir des expériences client sans friction, de bout en bout.

• A de l’expérience dans la préparation de documentation, de présentations et d’aperçus de produits faciles à lire et visuellement attrayants, ainsi que dans la rédaction de cahiers des charges produits et la construction de feuilles de route (roadmaps) en priorisant les efforts en fonction de multiples sources d’information.

• Est familier(ère) avec les méthodologies de développement logiciel Agile.

• Est capable de travailler avec une supervision limitée, d’assumer la responsabilité de ses actions et décisions, et de démontrer une capacité avérée à influencer des équipes interfonctionnelles sans autorité formelle.

• Est capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec une réactivité rapide et différents niveaux d’autonomie.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Plusgrade is searching for a passionate Product Manager to join our growing team (The

Hospitality Ancillaries Business Unit) and create amazing products that deliver on our vision that will transform our products and the travel industry.


In this role you will be responsible for helping to bring the Hospitality Ancillaries product strategy and vision to life by owning the design, definition, and delivery of features and enhancements. You’ll have the opportunity to work on everything from marketing capabilities, to digital front ends, to process improvements and automations. You will also connect across the larger organization to bring in shared capabilities around optimizations (A/B testing, User feedback), AI/ML intelligence, and payments.


This role is especially for you if you thrive in leveraging data intelligence to create tailored, personalized experiences to help guests build the trip of their dreams.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Working with other key members of the leadership team, you’ll help turn the company vision

and mission into reality through researching, ideating, implementing, launching, and iterating

on new and existing products.

• Constantly iterating, solving problems, and working to help improve the guest experience.

• Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers and other stakeholders to identify

opportunities for product improvement.

• Integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to

enhance Customer satisfaction.

• Building a culture of product enthusiasts and providing vision and direction to an agile team

• Working with engineering and design teams to plan and execute development projects, and

to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.

• Ideating and working with the UX team to design new products and features that will

• Analyzing data and understanding user behaviour and market needs for using data and

analytics (informing and driving key decisions with data-informed insights and research).

• Partner cross-functionally with other product managers, marketing, engineering and

commercial teams to understand their questions and challenges in order to expand our

product portfolio.

• Provide guidance to engineering teams by providing product requirements, as well as

clarifying customer goals and business priorities to ensure they focus on our highest-impact

projects.

• Support the deployment of analytics projects and data-driven product features

• Partner with engineering and IT teams to align on data architecture, tools and technologies.


YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

• 3-4 years of proven success in a product management role, owning the end to end delivery of features and enhancements within categories like e-commerce, travel, and/or customer loyalty.

• Experience leveraging advanced data models, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence to drive personalized and tailored customer experiences is an asset.

• Experience in loyalty and/or CRM product management a great asset

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information

Technology, or related field.

• Passion for being innovative and driving Customer-centered experiences, attention to detail

in content, usability, and design.

• Track record of building and launching innovative customer-facing features that drive

growth, reduce customer pain points and improve retention, with profound experience in UX driven

products and user A/B testing.

• Strong creative skills that go beyond iterative or obvious improvements to test experimental

product features.

• Passionate about technology, people, and shaping Plusgrade’s ability to provide frictionless

end-to-end customer experiences.

• Experience preparing easy-to-read and visually pleasing documentation, presentations and

related product overviews, as well as writing business and product requirements, building

roadmaps and prioritizing efforts based on multiple inputs.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Able to work with limited supervision, be accountable for actions and decisions, and show a

proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround and various

degrees of agency.
