Our client, a fast-growing company in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for B2B clients, from initial outreach to closing new business. This includes cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify leads, present pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals. You will play a key role in driving recurring revenue for the business, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to close deals.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify leads and create new opportunities.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Qualify leads, present pricing, negotiate terms, and manage the contract signing process.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and progress throughout the sales cycle.
Closing Deals: Drive the process of closing new business, ensuring successful agreements and recurring revenue.
CRM Usage: Effectively track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring continued engagement and long-term business partnerships.
Follow-up: Timely and consistent follow-up with leads and prospects to keep deals moving through the pipeline.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: 2+ years experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (Zoho is highly advantageous) to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and close deals.
Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Positive Attitude: A great attitude, hungry to learn, motivated to succeed, and driven by a passion for closing new business.
Follow-up & Persistence: Strong follow-up skills to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales process.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, managing your own pipeline and sales activities without constant supervision.
