About the Role
Our team is looking for a Client Service Intern to join our Client Service team and help in delighting our clients by resolving any day-to-day issues seamlessly and efficiently.
We are looking for a driven and inquisitive candidate with a customer-oriented mindset. We are hoping to find an enthusiastic learner who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work directly with Rho’s Client Service team which consists of 16 people, who span Serbia, Mexico, the Philippines, and the US. Our department’s vision is to make our client service Rho’s competitive advantage.

Responsibilities / What you’ll learn :
Assist in resolving clients’ day-to-day issues.
Become the subject matter expert on Rho’s product.
Support a productive and innovative team including working with peers, managers, and other departments.
Analyze client feedback and/or trends and translate them into actionable points.
Help our staff in outlining existing processes.
Learn to operate in the best-in-class customer service software.
Qualifications:
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Fresh graduate or Final year studies (Faculty of Philology or Faculty of Philosophy, as well as other humanities studies preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Driven, proactive, curious, and a fast learner.
Team player who wants to assimilate into the team culture.
A big plus is an experience with:
Any previous customer-facing roles (part-time teaching, service industries, etc.).
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
New client onboarding
The selection process consists of a technical task, an HR interview, and interviews with team members.

The internship is paid, full-time, and will last for 3 months, with a possibility of becoming an employee at Rho after that period.
