Position: Sales Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to serve as the vital link between their Sales and Warehouse Team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination to quote, invoice, and fulfill customer orders efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a high aptitude for interpersonal skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong sense of organization to their work.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales Team and Operations/Warehouse Team to facilitate order processing, from quoting to fulfillment.
Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes, invoices, and order documentation for customers.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer needs and ensure operational alignment for order execution.
Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues, expedite orders, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Track order status and provide updates to the Sales Team and customers as needed.
Maintain organized records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions using Monday.com and Quickbooks Online.
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance coordination between sales and operations.
Proven experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or a similar role is highly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative as a self-starter.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
