Overview of The Role:
The Learning and Development Senior Advisor is Responsible for managing and optimizing the LMS. This role involves tracking learning metrics and generating reports to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. As well as participating in various initiatives and projects related to learning and development. The role involves providing advisory support to different business units as well as the instructional designers team, along with managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and tracking metrics to ensure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
