Description

We are looking for Field Fleet Mechanic to join our operations team. As a Field Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the Field Fleet maintenance program, including but not limited to cleaning and repairing the program's bikes and stations. The ideal candidate would have previous bike repair experience, good mechanical and technical aptitude, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair rideables to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct routine checks on all rideable components and perform preventative maintenance. 
  • Document completed repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed on each rideable.
  • Reference SOPs and best practices to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.

  • Some level of bicycle repair or mechanical experience.
  • Experience with hand, air, and power tools preferred.

  • A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
