Description
We are looking for Field Fleet Mechanic to join our operations team. As a Field Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the Field Fleet maintenance program, including but not limited to cleaning and repairing the program's bikes and stations. The ideal candidate would have previous bike repair experience, good mechanical and technical aptitude, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.

In this hands-on role, you will have the exciting responsibility of maintaining and repairing bikes and stations within the Biketown program. Your day-to-day tasks will involve inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing rideables to ensure they perform at their best and remain safe for users. With your previous bike repair experience and technical aptitude, you’ll be able to make quick decisions to meet team key performance indicators. You'll also document repairs meticulously and follow standard operating procedures to ensure a safe, efficient workflow. You'll enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and must have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
