Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer who has a combination of technical expertise and the ability to understand the business. How you will achieve success:
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency by contributing to resolving enterprise system-related issues, supporting end users with key knowledge, and assisting in the operation and access of key applications.
  • Monitor and maintain all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and SOPs, and support efforts to optimize system health and performance.
  • Participate in systems integrations and implementations, following established procedures and assisting in complex projects.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of an engineering roadmap and timely communication aligned with development cadences
  • Champion team policies and procedures for identity lifecycle administration, access administration, and end-user service and support.


What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Enterprise IT, PowerShell automation, Windows 10/11 desktop support expertise, previous experience in desktop support, and the ability to support enterprise software systems.
  • Proven experience planning and implementing technical projects to completion - on time, and on budget.
  • Proven experience in relation to medium or large-scale enterprise environments and solution architecture.
  • Knowledge of core enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Entra/AD, Microsoft365, MS SQL Server, Exchange, and expertise with hardware troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including firewalls, switching, routing, and segmentation, particularly with Cisco and experience managing business vendor relationships and executing quoted agreements.


$100,000 - $150,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year to $150,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
