As a Growth Marketing Manager at SweatPals, you'll drive acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for both sides of our marketplace. You'll leverage data-driven approaches to attract fitness enthusiasts and community leaders to the platform, optimize the user journey, and develop scalable growth initiatives that support SweatPals' expansion goals.
Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on improving member CTR, CAC, and ROAS
Develop testing frameworks for creative, targeting, and messaging
Evaluate and implement new paid channels to efficiently scale user acquisition
Optimize budget allocation based on performance metrics and growth objectives
Design and execute marketing strategies to attract fitness event hosts and community builders
Implement retargeting campaigns, partnership initiatives, and creative acquisition tactics
Collaborate with the GTM team on marketing initiatives that drive host activation
Develop lifecycle marketing programs to maximize host retention and platform adoption
Design, manage, and automate comprehensive lifecycle journeys for both hosts and users
Partner with Product teams to optimize onboarding experiences and drive feature adoption
Implement strategies to increase event attendance, user retention, and referrals
Develop targeted communication strategies for different user segments and behaviors
Analyze funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks
Own landing page optimization through continuous A/B testing
Develop and maintain performance dashboards for key growth metrics
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership team
Oversee SEO strategy with support from in-house and freelance resources
Improve organic visibility for both user acquisition and host discovery
Maintain growth dashboards and track KPIs to guide strategic decision-making
Collaborate with design resources to enhance conversion across key user journeys
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles
Demonstrated experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing for performance
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Resourceful problem-solving abilities with a bias toward action
Experience with two-sided marketplaces or community platforms
Background in fitness, wellness, or related industries
Product marketing experience with an understanding of positioning and messaging
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
Master the dynamics of scaling a two-sided marketplace
Develop expertise in community-driven growth models
Learn advanced attribution and marketing effectiveness measurement
Build a comprehensive growth stack for high-velocity scaling
Advance your skills in cohort analysis and user behavior modeling
Develop expertise in marketing experiment design and execution
Learn to connect marketing initiatives directly to business outcomes
Master multi-channel attribution and budget optimization
Gain deep understanding of fitness community economics

Preferably Austin, TX for in-person collaboration, but open to remote for the right candidate.
Base salary: $94,000 - $114,000 depending on experience
