What will you do at Sweep?
As Head of Marketing at Sweep, you will lead and scale our marketing efforts, driving growth and market leadership in the Salesforce and RevOps ecosystem. Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens Sweep’s position, expands our reach, and fuels a pipeline that supports our growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who can shape the vision while ensuring execution at the highest level.
Develop and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives demand, and positions Sweep as a leader in our space.
Drive measurable pipeline growth by optimizing demand-generation campaigns and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Refine and scale our brand messaging to deeply resonate with RevOps leaders, Salesforce admins, and decision-makers.
Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a strong culture and clear execution.
Maximize industry presence by driving Sweep’s participation in Salesforce ecosystem initiatives, key industry events, and webinars.
Oversee content and thought leadership strategy, ensuring impactful assets that support sales and product adoption.
Optimize marketing operations with automation, analytics, and performance tracking to continuously improve results.
Leverage market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for Sweep to stand out.
Align marketing with business goals by working closely with sales, product, and Customer Success teams to drive impact.

We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader from a B2B SaaS background who understands the Salesforce ecosystem and can drive full-funnel marketing efforts—from strategy to execution.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
Proven leadership in building and scaling marketing teams and programs.
Salesforce ecosystem expertise – Familiarity with Salesforce personas, challenges, and opportunities is highly desirable.
Hands-on & strategic – Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also driving high-level strategy.
Demand generation expertise – A track record of running successful, measurable lead-gen and growth marketing initiatives.
Event marketing experience – Skilled in managing participation in key industry events and maximizing ROI.
Data-driven mindset – Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
Compelling storyteller – Ability to craft messaging that resonates with a B2B audience, particularly in mid-market and enterprise segments.
Strong collaboration & communication skills – Works effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Sweep offers a competitive compensation package, including salary and equity components, with potential for variable incentives. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The Salary range for this Head of Marketing role is $150,000–$220,000 per year, including equity and benefits.
The ideal candidate will work out of our New York City office on a flexible hybrid schedule. We are also open to remote candidates who can effectively collaborate with our team across different locations.
