The Web Project Manager position at Terra follows a hybrid working model initially requiring in-person presence at our Bilbao office for up to 1-2 days per week during the first 90 days for effective onboarding. This approach fosters team integration and allows for better relationship building. After the initial period, you will transition to a fully remote role, aligning with our commitment to flexibility and a remote work culture, allowing you to work from anywhere.
