The Role
We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our growing business. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, team effectiveness, and business performance, ensuring that our systems, processes, and people work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional value. As an early team member in our Singapore operation, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our systems and processes from the ground up. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to grow with a company. This role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our consultants and leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the growth of our business.
Growth Stage
We're currently a small team in the early stages of our Singapore expansion. Rather than joining an established corporate structure, you'll be helping build our operational foundation. This means fewer layers of management, more direct impact, and the chance to wear multiple hats as we scale.
Work Arrangement
This is primarily a remote position (90% remote work) with occasional in-person requirements for key meetings and tasks in Singapore. As this role involves working with local regulatory bodies and requires deep understanding of Singapore business practices, we are seeking candidates who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
