Automate Business Processes: Use Python and cloud tools to create automations that streamline reporting, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual work.
Cloud Integration & API Development: Set up and maintain cloud-based data environments (AWS preferred) and build API integrations to connect internal platforms and systems.
Support Operational Insights: Collaborate with internal business users to understand operational needs and build tools that help them access reliable, real-time data.
Debug & Optimize Systems: Troubleshoot scripts, debug performance issues, and ensure the scalability and reliability of internal tools.
Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Team: Work closely with internal stakeholders, analysts, and business leads to develop solutions aligned with company priorities.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or software development role with a focus on internal systems or operations.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data process development.
Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data models.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Snowflake, or Azure.
Experience with API development and integrating cloud-based applications.

A strong understanding of business KPIs and how to build them into technical systems.
Clear communication skills for working with non-technical internal users.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Experience building internal tools or data products for enterprise teams.
Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data warehouse concepts.
Understanding of Agile development principles or experience working on a digital transformation team.
