Project Scheduler - Industrial Construction

Location: Louisville, KY (On-site)

Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 (Based on experience)

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a high-impact industrial project in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing complex schedules for large-scale construction efforts. 

This is a full-time, contract role running from July through November 2025. The position is fully on-site and open only to U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules in coordination with project management and field personnel
  • Track and update progress, adjusting timelines and sequencing as needed to reflect current field conditions
  • Identify scheduling risks and communicate delays, conflicts, and mitigation plans
  • Prepare schedule look-aheads, milestone tracking, and regular progress reports
  • Support the integration of subcontractor input and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and sequencing of construction activities across multiple disciplines

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required (or equivalent field experience with proven construction scheduling background)
  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination, preferably on infrastructure or industrial projects
  • Proven success supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, field inputs, and milestone tracking
  • Clear communicator with excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on-site full time
