About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic . You’ll work hands-on to maintain, repair, and upgrade essential equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Preventative Maintenance : Lead routine maintenance to keep downtime low.
  • Repair & Troubleshoot : Fix equipment issues and keep machinery to spec.
  • Welding & Adjustments : Perform needed welding repairs and make equipment adjustments.
  • Refrigeration Monitoring : Oversee and maintain refrigeration systems.
  • Project Support : Assist with equipment upgrades and installations.
  • Daily Communication : Work with Quality Control, Supervisors, and Operators to meet production goals.
  • Documentation : Report issues promptly to supervisors in writing and verbally.

What You Need

  • Experience : 3-5 years in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Mechanical Skills : Expertise in machining, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics , and fabrication .
  • Tech Skills : Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel .
  • License : Refrigeration Engineer’s License a plus, but not required.
  • Physical Ability : Able to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs.
  • Flexibility : Open to working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

  • LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety experience
  • Familiarity with Videojets, blow molders , and conveyor systems
  • Knowledge of motors, pumps, valves, seals, bearings , and electrical control systems
  • Experience with lathes, drills, grinders, and milling machines
  • PLC experience
  • Refrigeration Engineer's license is a plus
