About the role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of Trengo’s AI-powered platform. By providing expert guidance, you will ensure seamless integration with their existing tools and maximize the value they gain from our solutions.
In this role, you will be part of the Customer Experience department and will also collaborate closely with the Sales and Onboarding teams to scope, design, and execute projects that require technical expertise and a deep understanding of business needs. Your work will directly contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and expansion by enabling customers to effectively leverage AI-driven automation and integrations in a scalable way.

What your role looks like
You will:
• Lead technical scoping sessions with customers to understand their requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Translate business pains into Trengo features, use cases, and value-added solutions.
• Guide customers through the implementation of complex workflows, integrations, and automation within Trengo.
• Act as the go-to technical expert, supporting both customers and internal teams.
• Work closely with our Technical Support to execute solutions or resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Develop best practices and scalable workflows to enhance the overall customer experience.
What you can bring to the table
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
• 1+ year of experience in a technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting).
• Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions and their application in customer communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative attitude, with a hands-on mindset and ownership mentality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Nice-to-have:
• Experience with scripting and coding.
• Experience with helpdesk, ticketing, or messaging platforms.
• Prior experience working with customer engagement AI solutions.
