Family of Companies. Provide issue identification, problem solving, financial analysis expertise and research support for a variety of issues. Maintain current knowledge on all associated tax laws across multiple states, including California. Provide sound accounting knowledge relative to account reconciliations. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, including senior management.

This role involves proactive audits, W2 preparation, and interfacing with external auditors, ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of payroll experience, particularly in the insurance and financial services industries. Strong Excel skills are essential, and this position offers a hybrid work schedule, providing a perfect blend of workplace flexibility.
