Our laboratory is conducting translational research on cerebrovascular diseases including brain aneurysms and stroke. We use preclinical models cell culture and molecular approaches.
We are looking for a research technician to work with lab personnel on various projects. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the biology and genetics of cerebrovascular diseases.
Background in biology or chemistry preferred.
High School/GED Diploma Required
Knowledge of research clinical or other scientific environment required.
Fundamental knowledge and background in the biological sciences or related field preferred.
Preferred: Familiar with laboratory techniques. Demonstrates an ability to continually improve performance.
Familiar with advanced computer skills and with aptitude to learn proper laboratory or clinical study techniques preferred.
