Program Manager - Digital Transformation & Risk Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with a strong background in digital transformation, risk management, portfolio management, and credit risk within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with risk frameworks, and driving strategic projects across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects within the banking sector.
  • Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for large-scale programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into banking operations.

Risk & Portfolio Management:
