Job Description

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DATA PROCESSING LIAISON to act as a liaison to Central IT for reporting and data needs. To serve as a system analyst for the Clearinghouse system and as a quality assurance lead to address report errors, duplicate records, update changes, and system upgrades and implementations.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Liaison between Registrar's Office and Central IT and Ad-hoc reporting.
Clearinghouse - Degree file submissions, error report corrections, transcript processing error resolution.
Alternative Credit - CLEP file processing, IB Transcript user role, error report corrections.
Begin of Term setup, grade processing, TouchNET reports, resolve duplicate records, update changes in Banner and system upgrades and implementations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

(Annual Salary: $47,665 - $75,000)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
