INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DATA PROCESSING LIAISON

Job Description


The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DATA PROCESSING LIAISON to act as a liaison to Central IT for reporting and data needs. To serve as a system analyst for the Clearinghouse system and as a quality assurance lead to address report errors, duplicate records, update changes, and system upgrades and implementations.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Liaison between Registrar's Office and Central IT and Ad-hoc reporting.
  • Clearinghouse - Degree file submissions, error report corrections, transcript processing error resolution.
  • Alternative Credit - CLEP file processing, IB Transcript user role, error report corrections.
  • Begin of Term setup, grade processing, TouchNET reports, resolve duplicate records, update changes in Banner and system upgrades and implementations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

(Annual Salary: $47,665 - $75,000)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
