Market Development Executive

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the USANA Singapore market as a Market Development Executive. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on growing the Company’s sales and customers counts. The main responsibility is to drive sales-driven initiatives, including, but not limited to, training, recognition, and incentive programs, to effectively support Independent Distributors in building their business and achieving year-on-year growth.

 

What You Will Do as a USANA Market Development Executive

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

  • Provide analytical reports contributing to overall KPIs for supervisor and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and build rapport with assigned Distributors’ teams. Provide feedback on the progress of these teams during weekly team meetings and the proposed support for assigned teams.
  • Strong engagement with Distributors to align goals and follow through to ensure that they accomplish the target set on weekly basis.
  • Communicate and upsell any activities, promotions or contest through regular team rallies meeting or follow-up calls.
  • Working with various stakeholders to plan and execute weekly training, sales support activities and seminars.
  • Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings, recognition, and other events.
  • Handle all Distributors’ recognition including recognition photos, electronic letters, pins, electronic wall of fame and photoshoot.
  • Lead event projects and excel in the execution process.
  • Assist in all incentive trips’ coordination including briefing preparation, travel arrangements, Distributors’ experience etc.
  • Hosting & Speaking role, on-site or online.
  • Responsible for vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination.
  • Provide support to market development and marketing departments.

 

 

Additional

  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights for USANA events, as required by business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Background and Skills You Will Need 

  • Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing, Events, Communications, or a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin (dealing with 80% Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Able to converse and present in mandarin.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva.
  • IT savvy, proactive, independent, positive mindset, original and fun.
  • Outgoing with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must have strong communication skills, detail-oriented, have good planning & analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and good team player.
  • Strong customer service orientation and able to interact with a variety of customers from different backgrounds.
  • Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
