VEOLIA GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - MOBILE WATER SERVICES SALES 
Location
: Peterborough, Cannock or Remote UK 
Required: BACHELORS OR MASTERS DEGREE IN CHEMICAL, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING OR BUSINESS/SALES AND MARKETING
Required: UK driving licence - car provided

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions are ready to launch our Graduate Recruitment Campaign for 2025!

You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. This structured development journey leads to exciting long-term career opportunities across our global operations. Towards the end of the program, we will begin a career conversation with you to agree which area of the business you will move into.

This is a permanent position from day one, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to our graduates' long-term success and development. Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Learn to develop and manage a growing pipeline of business opportunities
  • Build skills in prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop understanding of customer needs and qualification of leads
  • Contribute to key metrics for assigned growth targets
  • Learn about digital monitoring and Veolia's Insight technology
  • Participate in marketing activities throughout the UK & Ireland
  • Network with Veolia business units and external partners
  • Support company campaigns and gather market intelligence
  • Contribute to accurate monthly sales forecasts
  • Develop expertise in water treatment solutions


 

Qualifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Business/Sales and Marketing
  • Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • Full UK driving licence- a car will be provided
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
