Technical Product Manager, Risk and Authentication - job 16 of 20

Purpose:

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be part of the Global Product Services group that oversees product lines for the company. As a TPM, you will work with the program management and the engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions for clients and partners. 

You will participate in solution architecture design and API specifications to ensure that the solution is extensible and can scale to support multiple regions.  This role is an individual contributor role dedicated to agile processes working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
  • Help solve problems at a global scale or for specific countries or regions
  • Lead backlog refinement, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories in partnership with our technology and product design teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical functional requirements and be able to articulate those to the engineering team
  • Work with the team to support new innovative features and products
  • Partner with the product delivery and commercialization teams to create support and training materials for internal and external users
  • Participate in mitigating impediments to successful team completion of release and sprint goals
  • Keep relevant in agile best practices and trends 
  • Communicate clearly and regularly on timelines, product features, and enhancements to cross-functional groups
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and key clients

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

**This team is looking for someone who can work in the Altanta office in a hybrid model -  this would be 3 days a week in the offices,  we are not hiring for a remote position **
