The Milieu Coordinator will work to bring all specialties and skills together by training, providing behavioral skills training and providing on the spot changes to the milieu (including MHTs, RN’s and RBTs). The Milieu Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining a highly skilled team who work directly on the floor with patients.
This role will oversee the hospital specific programming at WBHH. The Milieu Coordinator will assist nursing leadership in developing the education, training, programming, and fidelity of the staff. This role will effectively provide ongoing supervision for the unlicensed mental health technicians. The Milieu Coordinator will work full time during business days, with the ability to tailor their schedule to the unit specific needs, inclusive of picking up weekends, etc.
