Job Summary

As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging exceptional technical candidates to help us meet our hiring goals, build robust pipelines of high-quality candidates for engineering, and other technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.

  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

  • Continuous refine, improve pitches to attract top tier candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sourcing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • High efficiency. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for technology and understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing for industry software engineers, and other technical roles.

  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.

  • Certification in sourcing or recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
